This building is the oldest frame structure and only residential historic structure in St. Paul Square. Built in 1876 and currently is the home of the business Alibis’ Sports & Spirits. Alibis’ is a wonderful neighborhood bar who many people say remind them of “Cheers”. Friendly staff serves mixed drinks and other libations seven days a week. Open every day at 3:00 pm.

This historic structure in St. Paul Square is referred to as the “Northbridge Building” as it is on the North side of the St. Paul Square pedestrian bridge that spans E. Commerce Street.
